Eligibility & qualifications

A licensed physician in Canada or the United States.
Registered as a KeyOps member and have completed your profile.

When does my status expire?

Your status resets on December 31st of each calendar year. If you are a KeyOps Member before November 2, 2023, you will have 13 months before your status resets.

How does my status & benefits work?

All KeyOps members start at the Blue Status and instantly have access to all of its perks. As you complete surveys, refer colleagues, and participate in the community, you’ll earn points towards upgrading your status. Once you reach a status, you can choose a reward.

How do I claim a reward?

Log in to your KeyOps account and navigate to ‘Rewards’ to view and claim any eligible rewards. Once you’ve selected your reward, a KeyOps team member will email you to get it delivered to you.

Does my rewards claim expire?

Yes, you have 6 months from the date you are eligible for your reward to redeem it or it will expire.

Will points replace payment for a survey?

No, you will still get paid for each survey you complete. The KeyOps Rewards Program is in addition to your payment as a way to recognize you for your contribution to the KeyOps physician community and will not replace your payment.
